Our chef and staff are extreme traditionalists as far as dough is concerned using a mixture of Caputo flour from the Italian flour mill (IL MULINO di NAPOLI), with over 100 years of history in milling as well as yeast imported from Italy, making the pizza light and easy to digest. Toppings are plentiful in order to cater to customer’s needs.

At Mulino (The Mill), ingredients used are of the finest quality starting with the flour chosen to knead the dough, delicious san marzano tomatoes to create the sauce and Buffalo-milk mozzarella from Campania, all cooked in our wood firebrick oven imported from Italy.
